The article I picked

I chose the maple leaf lodge article because it was very clear to me that a huge multi-million dollar company had a accident that claimed the lives of canadian residents which would make families angree and furstrated, but the president of maple leaf did not hesitate with compansation and making it right for the consumer because he valued the business of his customers, no consumer no money. The actions that were taking so quickly may have just saved this company from going bankrup. The public relations aspect in this article shows the direct message to the comsumer from the company, they took responsibilitie and dealt with it in a very "customer" way. The compensation is to be paid out to all the people who have come forth under a certain cirtiera, this message was made clear in the article. This is my first look at PR work so I really hope what I think I am talking about it is along the lines or somewhat right.
